The “diablo 2 resurrected release date” is the upcoming ressurection of Diablo II. Blizzard has announced that it will be released on November 2nd.

This tiny tidbit of information is for individuals who like humorous online CCGs or bug-filled remasters of ancient ARPGs. We’re talking about Hearthstone and Diablo II: Resurrected, of course, both of which have some news to share with their followers.

The next patch update for Hearthstone has been released, and it will contain a new mini-set for United in Stormwind that will center on the Deadmines, with 35 unique new cards featuring Pirates and new tradeable synergies. New mercenaries and bounties will be added to Mercenaries mode, new heroes will be added to Battlegrounds mode, and a number of card tweaks will be made in this release. The link above has more information on what’s new, and the patch will be available on Tuesday, November 2nd.

In terms of D2R, the developers have provided an update on the forums about what they’re working on, and it’s all about correcting problems, as you would imagine. To reduce database load, saves will now occur more regularly on regional servers rather than global ones, an update will offer an approximate timeline for how long players can anticipate to wait in a queue, and the promise of “major” bug fixes and feature enhancements will be addressed shortly.

Due to a lengthy run of controversies in the MMO and gaming field over the past several years, including the Blitzchung boycott, huge layoffs, labor issues, and executive pay controversy, Activision-Blizzard is regarded a problematic corporation in the MMO and gaming industry. The company was sued by the state of California in the summer of 2021 for fostering a work environment that was riddled with sexual harassment and discrimination, and the company’s disastrous response has added to Blizzard’s ongoing pipeline issues and the widespread perception that its online games are on the decline. Multiple state and federal authorities are investigating the corporation as of autumn 2021.
